I appreciate the dedication and time that was put in to correct my problem by both the office personnel and the service personnel. I would recommend Parrish Highly. The professionalism and customer services and going the extra mile to provide excellent service is very refreshing in this day and age when most companies seem to have forgotten who the customer is.

The system that Parrish Services installed is a breath of fresh air…The unit works effectively and efficiently, enabling us to control the temperature on the third floor—and was can cool the entire house in minutes, even the top floor.

Prior to signing an (service) agreement with your company, I dealt with another home comfort service that I felt was more concerned about their bottom line that about their customers. Business is business; however, it is clear to me that your company is just as concerned about doing right by its customers. The employees forms Parrish that I have dealt with demonstrate this commitment. Please extend my thanks to them for a job well done.

We are quite pleased with our new heating and cooling system, and we are quite pleased with the service that we have received form Parrish Services (from sales to service). The servicemen who installed the unit were courteous and cordial, and they went about their work with efficiency and professionalism. They also took time to talk to us about the new unit and to answer all of our questions. Equally important, they took great care not to damage anything or to get anything dirty-in fact, they left the area cleaner than when they arrived. We would not hesitate to use Parrish Services again in the future, and Parrish Services can feel free to use our name as a recommendation.

I've had Parrish repairman at my home twice. They sent a well qualified employee named Scott. Scott was very knowledgeable about my air condition unit. He even gave me a tour of all the parts and how they work. I was very pleased with him and also Parrish. Often times, repairman will come to your home only to drive up cost and leave you with an enormous bill. In these days and times. one can appreciate a repairman from Parrish. Thank you!

Technician arrived on time, gave a thought inspection of my air conditioning/heating unit, spotted needed repair, did it quickly and left. I couldn't be more satisfied with my service and recommend this service to anyone.

I and my wife were impressed with the outstanding service provided by Mac. He was especially professional and polite. He evaluated our problem-then provided a solution as promptly as possible. We certainly will be pleased to call Parrish for future plumbing and AC needs and to reccomend this company to friends.

Always there for our customers:
I had a service agreement with a particular company for six years and advised them I had only one system and a newborn in the home. The company told me it would be five weeks before they could get to my home, so I called Parrish Services. Alan showed up at my home at 11 PM after hosting an award dinner in a suit and tie and repaired my air conditioner. When the owner shows up and takes care of you, that is customer service.

“Knowledgeable and Educated”
Alan was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and educated me on what was going on. In time when customer service seems to have ‘bit the dust’, Parrish restored our faith in the service industry-or at least as far as Parrish goes.

Trusting Parrish Services:
Mr. Blevens was very professional and friendly. I think most people get a little nervous when they call someone to enter their home and perform a service, not knowing what the person responding is going to be like. He was very down to earth, and answered all of my questions without getting irritated (I asked a lot). I would definitely recommend Parrish Services and Brian to any of my friends, neighbors, or co-workers! Keep up the good work!
