I woke up at 6:30 with my smoke detector going off. Changes batteries but that didn't work. Web said they might be end of life, so I turned to m electrician. Parrish was wonderful! She was patient with me and went out of her way to help get it add today. Alton was the tech who was also helpful, patient, and informative. He came out and fixed the problem. He was professional and made me feel listened to. Cost was reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

Andre and the other technician did a great job installing the new furnace hot water heater and air conditioner. I appreciated the prep and care taken in my home as they carried out the old and brought in the new furnace and hot water heater. Andre took the time to answer what overall questions I had and kept me up to date on the installation progress.

Brandon did a routine inspection of our HVAC that we knew was reaching its replacement age. He was very professional and honest with his assessment and what needed to be repaired or replaced and why, complete with photos and diagnostics. He made sure I knew all my options and pricing (including cost savings) for the recommended parts and services. Very happy with Brandon’s service and Parrish in general.

Clarence Boyd fixed the toilet tank leak. He diagnosed the issue so quick and resolved it in less than 30 min. He is courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend him.
